Philip Morris International is a leading global tobacco company, committed to providing high-quality products to their customers. To better understand customer preferences and improve their offerings, we worked with PMI to develop a custom web app that would enable them to efficiently capture public feedback and analyze the data. Our team designed and built a user-friendly web app, tailored to PMI's requirements. The app features a detailed data analytics dashboard that allows PMI to easily monitor customer feedback and gain valuable insights into their preferences. Additionally, we integrated SMS and email communication capabilities for relevant verifications and alerts.
