To address these challenges, we developed a custom web app that included a comprehensive data analytics dashboard for easy monitoring and analysis of customer feedback. We also weaved in SMS and email communication channels for the relevant verifications. To top it off, we set up automated alerts to keep PMI's team informed of various scenarios, enabling them to act quickly and fine-tune their product offerings based on customer feedback.
