PMI faced the challenge of incorporating an age verification system for users joining their private Telegram channel while adhering to their policies. Additionally, they sought to automate this process in order to eliminate the time-consuming and labor-intensive task of manually reviewing and approving each individual user.
To address PMI's challenges, we developed a comprehensive Telegram bot solution. The first bot was designed to interact with users, automatically approving and adding them to the private channel after verifying their age. This streamlined the onboarding process and ensured compliance with PMI's policies. In addition, we created a second Telegram bot specifically designed to answer frequently asked questions. This bot provided users with quick and accurate information, enhancing their overall experience. Lastly, we developed a third bot to engage channel members through games and contests. This interactive bot fostered a sense of community and encouraged user participation, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of PMI's private Telegram channel.
