Livspace faced obstacles with their existing process, primarily due to the manual nature of package selection that required customers to contact agents for assistance. This inefficient method often led to delays and a less-than-ideal user experience, as customers had to wait for agent availability and then engage in lengthy discussions to determine the most suitable home design package.
We built a custom web app that effectively tackled the obstacles faced by Livspace. The interactive quiz within the app asks users about their preferences and style requirements, eliminating the need to manually consult with an agent. The quiz algorithm analyzes users' responses and suggests the most relevant home design packages tailored to their specific needs and tastes. Furthermore, the web app generates custom quotes for users based on their quiz responses, providing a seamless and efficient experience. Lastly, the web app is designed to integrate with Livspace's existing CRM system, ensuring that customer data and interactions are consistently managed and maintained. We also designed a CMS that the Livspace team can use to update their available packages and their pricing.
